Your most capable people are quietly working against themselves. And they cannot see why.

Leigh Gall helps people and organizations understand the conditioning driving their decisions, take the controls back, and lead with self-trust.

Most high performers are not held back by a lack of drive. They are held back by conditioning they cannot see. It shows up as hesitation, overworking, perfectionism, and second-guessing, and it looks like a confidence problem or a discipline problem. It rarely is. Underneath all of it is a set of inner narratives, installed early and running on autopilot, quietly making decisions the person never consciously chose. Most people never notice. That is exactly why it keeps running them.

About Leigh

Leigh Gall spent two decades climbing in high-pressure, male-dominated industries, adult beverages and large-scale retail, carrying a number and a title and the dread that came before every big pitch. From the outside it looked like a clean string of promotions. From the inside it was an inner critic she mistook for ambition for twenty years.

She does not teach this from a textbook. She lived inside that machine, came out the other side, and can name exactly what is happening in a room because hers ran the same program. A certified John Maxwell leadership teacher and DISC facilitator, Leigh blends real executive credibility with story-driven teaching that makes a room feel seen, not exposed, and never makes the company the villain.

Leigh's signature talks

Whether she is on a conference main stage, in front of a sales team, a women's group, or a leadership offsite, every talk comes back to the same place: the conditioning quietly running the show, and how people take it back.

OWN YOUR POTENTIAL: Getting Out of Your Own Way

Why capable people hesitate, over-prepare, and hold back, and how they learn to catch it in the moment and move anyway.

BUILT UNDER PRESSURE: Your Steadiest People Are Your Strongest Asset, and Closest to Burnout.

The people who hold everything together are often the closest to breaking. How to protect that strength before it runs out.

IT’S NOT THE 'NO', IT’S THE NARRATIVE: The Real Sales Objection Is the One in Your Head

In sales, the objection that costs the most is the story you tell yourself about the no. How to sell with less friction and more steadiness.

WANT WHAT'S YOURS: Understanding Your Conditioning and Choosing What You Want

Much of what women chase was shaped by conditioning they never questioned. How to see it clearly and choose for themselves.

What Your Audience Walks Away With

Audiences do not just leave inspired and forget it by Friday. They leave with language for what has been silently running them, and a repeatable way to take the controls back in the moment it counts. For organizations that means fewer capable people holding back, less avoidable burnout, and leaders who decide on purpose instead of on autopilot. For the individual it means the self-trust to want what they actually want, and go after it.

Why Leigh?

Event organizers choose Leigh because she brings:

  • Executive credibility paired with emotional intelligence

  • Language that lands instantly, clean, punchy, and deeply resonant

  • Talks that feel like truth, not motivation

Her presence is grounding. Her message is liberating. Her delivery is unforgettable.

"I attend a lot of conferences, and Leigh's was one of the best talks I've heard at any of them. She had the room from the first minute and left people genuinely moved. Any event would be lucky to have her. With a polished presentation and ability to convey emotion, she has a unique ability to engage an audience and effectively drive a message home."

Jason Stark, Founder, The Entourage Effect

"Leigh led a class for my group and reminded us that we don’t have to be everything to everyone—especially during the holidays. Instead, we learned the importance of staying true to ourselves and aligning our expectations with our own beliefs and values.

There was so much value and insight to unpack that we invited Leigh back for a second session. Coming from the professional sales world, she truly understands the daily pressures and challenges we face and how they impact both our work and our personal lives. Leigh doesn’t speak at you—she speaks to you.

I highly recommend connecting with Leigh for your company, your team, or even for personal growth. Her coaching is impactful, relatable, and genuinely transformative."
