I help high achievers see the patterns that quietly keep them stuck. Most people are not stuck because they lack drive or discipline. They are stuck because they are running on outdated software, patterns of fear, self-doubt, and perfectionism that operate mostly out of sight. That is why the new plan, the new role, and the new system never quite fix it. My work goes to the root of it, so people can see those patterns clearly and choose differently.
I spent twenty years in sales and marketing leadership, twice as a VP of Sales, and helped scale brands.From the outside it looked like a clean line of promotions. Underneath were perfectionism, constant internal pressure, and a relentless inner critic. It was pushing me toward burnout and I could not see it, because every step was getting rewarded. What changed was understanding how fear, pressure, and self-sabotage actually get built, and then rebuilding on tools I could use in a real week. Not insight. Practice.
Now I teach those tools so people can trust themselves, lead with authenticity, and do work that is actually theirs. I also work with organizations on what is really driving their people. Most leaders can feel when a team has gone quiet, or when the real conversation is happening after the meeting. I help them get underneath that, so their best people can do their best work without the weight they have been quietly carrying.
